Jesse C. Kaster BC-HIS is nationally board certified as a hearing instument specialist in the state of Wisconsin. He successfully graduated from UW Stevens Point in 1991. He is a long term resident of Rhinelander and has proudly and passionately been serving the Northwoods area for over 20 years. Jesse is a member of the International Hearing Society, Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Alliance of Hearing Professionals, the Wisconsin Alliance for Hearing Professionals, and a State of Wisconsin TEPP Provider. Kaster is a family man, and believes no one should go without the ability to hear thier loved ones.

Jaimie Kossack is the manager and marketing director of Hearing Advantage. She is passionate about hearing health and always has a warm smile to greet you with.

"I know first hand about hearing loss. I experienced hearing loss at the very early age of 3 years old. When I was 10 years old, I was considered legally deaf. My mother brought me in for a hearing aid, and I remember running out of the office. I had one doctor who really truly cared about me and my hearing needs. He did a set of 4 surgeries on my ears and my hearing was restored to almost normal. When I think of my experience with hearing loss, I think of that doctor that never gave up on me. All of the other specialists I had seen had given up on me and said there was nothing left to do that would help me regain my hearing. When I met Jesse Kaster at Hearing Advantage, I saw the same qualities in him that the doctor in my early years had shown me...that there is hope for hearing loss and that if you are passionate about finding a solution, you will. I am proud to work at Hearing Advantage. I hope that I can help anyone with a hearing loss know there is help available to them, and a whole new world of hearing is just a phone call away!
