The gentleman at Hearing Advantage Antigo was so patient and informative. He took the time to clean my hearing aids after I thought they did not work any more so proceeded to clean saying this could help when he was done like brand new unbelievable I could hear stuff i have not heard in a very long time very professional and was very clean there and I felt so comfortable and relaxed he didn’t rush ask me to please call if I have any problems being there was great thank you for being exemplary to our community.

We just came to get a hearing test done. We appreciated the time spent with us and all the good information. Jesse was very informative and was not a pushy salesman. My hearing is not too bad yet and because of other health issues we need to put off purchasing aids right now. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to buy them. Hearing Advantage is definitely the place to go in Rhinelander WI. The staff are all very friendly and they are very throall which I really appreciated and they made accommodations for me because I work until 4 and they close at 4:30. I would highly recommend Hearing Advantage to anyone who has hearing concerns.

My sister Dessie got her hearing aids from Hearing Advantage. She is very young and has 70% hearing loss. This was probably the most thorough hearing test I have ever seen done. The time they took to explain not only the hearing test, but the technology, cost, and quality of my sister's life made me feel comfortable they were the ones taking care of my sister. I can tell you first hand the my husbands hearing aids are worth every single penny. We are able to have conversations, he can understand and hear our grandsons, he loves being able to hear nature and his vocabulary has greatly improved. Having them has significantly increased his ability to lead a good life. Jesse and his team from Hearing Advantage have been so helpful and make sure that any time hubby needs an adjustment or help with his devices they are there to help. The fact that they have so many locations has also served us well. We have had to use many of the locations for different reasons. Jesse is very thorough every time my hubby has to go in for anything. I appreciate having a hubby who can hear me, even though sometimes he may not WANT to hear me!

I have been to 2 other providers and Hearing Advantage is by far the best! I am hearing better than I have in years with my old hearing aids and can use my phone to control them myself! I don't even need batteries with the rechargeable box. What I found the most valuable was how they spent so much time explaining everything to me so I understood why I struggled with my past aids and how to use and get the most out of the new ones. I would definitely check out Hearing Advantage before going elsewhere!

My husband finally decided to visit someone regarding hearing aids. He met the great people of Hearing Advantage at the Wausau Chamber Business Expo 2015 and made an appointment. Not only are they very thorough, but they also explained everything so that both he and I could understand what they were talking about. The reasons for hearing loss and the results of that loss. My husband purchased 2 Audibel hearing aids. To say they have been life changing would be a great understatement. He finds them very comfortable to wear. They are not obtrusive at all. I can never even physically tell they are in his ears. But I can definitely tell, vocally, when he is NOT wearing them. My husband is enjoying the sounds of water running over the rocks in a stream. For the first time in years, he can hear the birds sing. We can actually sit in the same room and watch TV now because he can hear it without turning it so loud, I have to leave the room. He can hear all the fun things our grandchildren are saying to him. These have been a real blessing and definitely worth every penny. And Hearing Advantage took to time to give him the information he needed to understand why he needed them.

I’ve been to many hearing providers over the years and have had 3 sets of Aids. Going to Hearing Advantage was life changing for me. It changed my entire prospective on the hearing industry. They educated me on my hearing loss, how to use all the features properly on my aids and focused more on aftercare and rehabilitating my hearing. They have the most extensive follow up I’ve ever had and treat me like I’m their own family. They service any hearing aid no matter where you bought it and treat you as though you bought it from them! I’ve never felt so good about my hearing aids or the care I’ve gotten since Going to Hearing Advantage. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone who has struggled in the past with your hearing. They aren’t about buying hearing aids, but about treating your hearing and being there for you through all the years!

Technology is one thing, but when your hearing aids refuse to stay in your ears, it doesn’t do any good! That was my 92 year-old father’s issue, which resulted in an irritating whistling noise that frustrated him and those around him. Audiologists that worked with his “State of the Art” hearing aids couldn’t resolve the issue. Then we met Jesse with Hearing Advantage. Through trial and error, Jesse’s persistence paid off with hearing aids that not only are adjusted to my father’s hearing loss, but actually stay in his ears! Thanks Jesse!
