My husband finally decided to visit someone regarding hearing aids. He met the great people of Hearing Advantage at the Wausau Chamber Business Expo 2015 and made an appointment. Not only are they very thorough, but they also explained everything so that both he and I could understand what they were talking about. The reasons for hearing loss and the results of that loss. My husband purchased 2 Audibel hearing aids. To say they have been life changing would be a great understatement. He finds them very comfortable to wear. They are not obtrusive at all. I can never even physically tell they are in his ears. But I can definitely tell, vocally, when he is NOT wearing them. My husband is enjoying the sounds of water running over the rocks in a stream. For the first time in years, he can hear the birds sing. We can actually sit in the same room and watch TV now because he can hear it without turning it so loud, I have to leave the room. He can hear all the fun things our grandchildren are saying to him. These have been a real blessing and definitely worth every penny. And Hearing Advantage took to time to give him the information he needed to understand why he needed them.

I’ve been to many hearing providers over the years and have had 3 sets of Aids. Going to Hearing Advantage was life changing for me. It changed my entire prospective on the hearing industry. They educated me on my hearing loss, how to use all the features properly on my aids and focused more on aftercare and rehabilitating my hearing. They have the most extensive follow up I’ve ever had and treat me like I’m their own family. They service any hearing aid no matter where you bought it and treat you as though you bought it from them! Technology is one thing, but when your hearing aids refuse to stay in your ears, it doesn’t do any good! That was my 92 year-old father’s issue, which resulted in an irritating whistling noise that frustrated him and those around him. Audiologists that worked with his “State of the Art” hearing aids couldn’t resolve the issue. Then we met Jesse with Hearing Advantage. Through trial and error, Jesse’s persistence paid off with hearing aids that not only are adjusted to my father’s hearing loss, but actually stay in his ears! Thanks Jesse!

I have been to 2 other providers and Hearing Advantage is by far the best!
I am hearing better than I have in years with my old hearing aids and can use my phone to control them myself! I don’t even need batteries with the rechargeable box. What I found the most valuable was how they spent so much time explaining everything to me so I understood why I struggled with my past aids and how to use and get the most out of the new ones. I would definitely check out Hearing Advantage before going elsewhere!
