I am hearing better than I have in years with my old hearing aids and can use my phone to control them myself! I don't even need batteries with the rechargeable box. What I found the most valuable was how they spent so much time explaining everything to me so I understood why I struggled with my past aids and how to use and get the most out of the new ones. Technology is one thing, but when your hearing aids refuse to stay in your ears, it doesn't do any good! That was my 92 year-old father’s issue, which resulted in an irritating whistling noise that frustrated him and those around him. Audiologists that worked with his "State of the Art" hearing aids couldn’t resolve the issue. Then we met Jesse with Hearing Advantage.
